♡ Terms & Conditions ♡

1) Payments will mainly be made through Paypal invoice (you need to ask me first if you have other methods of payment! Fiverr is acceptable but man their cut is harsh).2a) A pre-payment of 50% of the price will be required to keep your slot (this ensures that I won't lack in my job, and you won't run away after the sketch).2b) While it is fine to pay in full immediately, I STRONGLY suggest to pre-pay 50% of the price first, and only pay the other half after the logo is finished. This is to ensure fairness to both parties, in case things go awry.3) Your logo will be sent only after the full payment is made (usually I'll share them through a google drive link).4) You are given 3 major amendments/revisions during the sketch phase. No more major revisions are allowed after you confirm the final logo sketch. Minor refinements are allowed.5) I have the rights to use your logo on my portfolio/sample, though I will respect each VTubers' debut dates in regards to putting them up as samples.6) I have the rights to decline your commission.7) Crediting me is not necessary, but is very much appreciated~ ♡8) I am allowed to stream the process of creation on my twitch channel, unless specified as a "secret project" (#shamelessplug it's twitch.tv/jason_free).9) Usage of ANY of my work as NFTs or AI is strictly prohibited. Anyone who is found doing so will be permanently blacklisted.

Hi! I'm Jason! I'm the world-renowned (doubt) butter boy, and I'm a Neko VTuber! I play games and draw (sometimes) on my twitch channel (jason_free). I mostly play whatever that interests me. Sometimes, it could be super old games too.I used to do art commissions, but since that never really took off, I decided to sunset that for awhile till I get better at motivating myself for drawing (though if you want any personal art commissions, feel free to DM me. ♡ Commission rates ♡

Standard Logo Commission [$60 USD][+$10 USD] for Source File + Separate Assets (.psd, .ai).
[+$30 USD] for Urgent/Priority Commissions (finish in 2-3 days).
[+$5 USD] per Major Revision past the initial 3 provided.☆ These are basic commercial prices for VTubers! Meaning you can use them for streaming purposes, discord, social media, etc.☆ For corporate prices, please email/dm for further inquiry. As a baseline, if any assets are used for merchandise, prices will be around 2x base price.[NEW] GACHA/SURPRISE!! Logo Commission [$30 USD]Basically SKEB-like commissions, but for logos.You will NOT get a draft nor a revision phase. You need to be as clear as you can in answering ALL (or most of) the questions in the steps provided below and describing what you want from your logo. I will create what I think would fit the brief that you give me, and that is all you will get. Think of it as a gacha roll!I also reserve the rights to decline a commission if it isn't descript enough for me to brainstorm, or if I don't think I can do the logo justice.Made for people who struggle to afford the standard logo commission prices!

Email: [email protected]1) Tell me what your vision/idea of your logo is! Visual references are very helpful, but detailed descriptions are also acceptable!Here's a list of questions that you should answer to help me get an understanding on what you want from your logo:• Logo/text name (and if you want katakana, hiragana, or kanji in the logo; obviously you should answer this one).
• Specific icons/imagery, if any, that you want to include in the logo itself (visual references is appreciated, but not necessary).
• Color schemes/palettes (if you want to specify a hex-code color to be included, this is where you put it).
• Aesthetics/vibes you go for, and want to convey through the logo (e.g. cute, chill, fancy, punk-rock, etc.).
• Font style/type (serif, sans-serif, script; can leave blank if unsure).
• Reference images or examples of what you want the logo to roughly be like, or what it represents.
• Your Character/OCs reference (STRONGLY suggested that you include this, but not absolutely necessary. Even text descriptions would suffice!).You don't have to answer them all, but the more descript you are, the better I can work.2) If I decide to take on your request, please provide me your email so I can invoice you. You make the 50% payment to my paypal, and I'll begin sketching some ideas. This may take anywhere between a day to a week depending on complexity and how many people order my commissions.3) After the sketch, I'll ask your opinions on the current design. You have 3 major revisions/amendments that you can make. After you choose to finalize the design, you CANNOT ask for more major changes (without extra charges).This point is obviously null if you chose to do the gacha/surprise logo commission.4) Once the finalized logo is done, I'll show you the draft for it and allow for a few small changes. You'll only receive these files (usually through a google drive link) after the full payment is received.
